Students/Newsday

For Extended Project Day, year 8 students had the opportunity to be journalists for the day. The result? A BBC News School Report with 180 students involved in the researching, interviewing, filming, editing and presenting.

With the General Election coming up, all political parties were invited to come in so we had representatives from Labour, Liberal Democrats, UKIP and the Green Party. Unfortunately there was no one available from the Conservative Party to take part. We also had the opportunity to interview Dave Earle, The Head Team of the school and the mystery phone box library creator of Banbury.

Please do take the time to view our report, as well as our 'behind the scenes' vlog.

Students and staff worked incredibly hard alongside our BBC representative Miss Curtis. Thank you to all involved who made the day so successful.
